    This popular cultivar of Carolina phlox, Phlox carolina ‘Kim’, is known for its impressive display of light pink flowers in early summer and bright green, sturdy foliage. In Mt. Cuba Center trials, ‘Kim’ demonstrated vigorous growth and strong disease resistance. A clumping ground cover, it provides nectar for butterflies and hummingbirds and blooms during the hottest part of the year, often continuing intermittently until frost.

    ‘Kim’ thrives along woodland borders but is also adaptable to full sun, making it a versatile addition to the garden. This cultivar was discovered by one of our favorite propagators, Jan Midgley.
